Commercial terms
- Subscription fees billed annually in advance; all prices exclusive of GST.
- Implementation: 50% on contract signing, 50% on go-live.
- Payment via NEFT/RTGS, UPI, or cheque; purchase orders accepted for schools.
- Standard payment terms: Net 15 days from invoice date.
- Annual upfront payment: 5% discount on subscription.
- 2-year contract: 10% discount; 3-year contract: 15% discount.
- Multi-branch school groups (3+ branches): additional 10% on combined subscription.
- Government-aided / trust-run schools: 10% concessional pricing (verification required).
- Early renewal (60+ days before expiry): 5% loyalty discount.
- Referral credit: ₹15,000 account credit per successfully referred school.
